Registration

Please create an account in the Conference Registration System. After logging in you can make a registration. Your registration can be viewed or modified anytime after logging in. 

The registration fee can be paid online by credit card or by a bank transfer to the bank account of the Congress Secretariat. You will receive a payment request with the bank details after the registration.

After successful registration, in participants will be later asked (per email) to pay also the yearly ESPP membership in the amount of 30 €.

*Reduced fee is for students and Ph.D. students.

The registration fee includes access to the scientific program, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome drink and VAT.

Fee waiver: only for students from Ukraine. Contact to claim the discount: dufkova@amca.cz.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED
  

• before June 30, 2023: full refund of the registration fee
• from July 1 to August 2, 2023: 50 % of the registration fee
• from August 3, 2023: no refund
